Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1 Planner or Coordinator: Refers to Loveable Memories 

1.2 Client: The person or people receiving the service from Loveable Memories acting under KNAT Services LMT

1.3 Booking/ Event: The date agreed between the client and planner. Where the planner will provide services agreed to

 

2. Planner’s Responsibility  

2.1 A schedule for the Reception 

2.2 A site visit

2.3 Wedding rehearsal attendance to brief bridal party 

2.4 Working closely with the caterer to ensure the food service is to our standards and attend food tasting if preferred.

2.5 Working closely with the host to ensure your reception runs seamlessly

2.6 Coordination of vendors

2.7 Working with the host/MC to ensure things run smoothly

2.8 An emergency wedding kit

2.9 Unlimited calls and emails up to your wedding day

2.10 15 hours on the day of the wedding and £50 an hour there after

2.11 If the wedding is 40 miles from planner’s resident then accommodation needs to be provided to ensure that the day runs smoothly from the beginning 


3. Client’s Responsibility

3.1 Give clear and accurate instructions

3.2 Communicate special requirements in good time

3.3 Sign contracts with vendors

3.4 Review and understand vendor contracts

3.5 To provide planner with information related to the wedding when required 

3.6 To reply to the planner’s queries in a timely manner

3.7 To review all documents provided by the planner

3.8 To trust the planner to make the best decision in the interest of the couple on the day of the wedding 


4 Cancellations and Terminations

4.1 If the client decides to cancel the event 2 months before the date of the booking the planner must still be paid in full within the deadlines agreed.

4.2 If the client decides to move the date, the planner will still provide the services agreed on the bases that the planner has availability.

4.3 In the case the planner is not available, the planner will attempt to find a replacement. This will insure extra fees, but the planner still has to be paid in full, regardless. 

4.4 A separate agreement will be drawn up with the new planner. This agreement is separate and independent to Loveable Memories’ Terms and Conditions.

5.0 Payment
5.1 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure date of booking. 

5.2 The remainder of 50% of the total payment is required 2 weeks before the day of the event. 

5.3 If the booking is made a month or less before the event, then the total amount of payment agreed between the client and the planner has to be paid in full.
